ITF M25 Taipei 2 Men: Yan Cheng Chen vs Yen-Chun Wang

Game context
Yan Cheng Chen enters the ITF M25 Taipei 2 matchup on outdoor hard courts with substantially more professional experience and a higher ATP ranking near 1050–1300. The 24-year-old Taiwanese player has competed regularly in M15 and M25 events throughout 2026, posting a mixed but active record that includes several early-round wins on hard surfaces. Yen-Chun Wang, by contrast, has primarily appeared in junior ITF events and lower-tier pro tournaments, with limited recent results at the M25 level. Both competitors are local to the Taipei region, removing travel factors, while Chen’s greater match volume and exposure to similar competition provide the clearest edge in a first-round or early-stage encounter. No confirmed injuries or withdrawals have altered the field.
