Jodie Burrage6¹1Game context
Jodie Burrage enters US Open qualifying on hard courts after an extended injury layoff, with her 2026 singles record showing a modest 12-5 mark amid limited matches and recent ITF losses. The British player, currently ranked outside the top 650, pairs this with strong doubles results but limited recent main-draw consistency. Guiomar Maristany Zuleta de Reales, ranked near 209, brings superior 2026 form including a career-high ranking, Australian Open main-draw appearance, and her first WTA Tour win, though her results have come primarily on clay. With no prior head-to-head meetings, traders weigh Maristany’s higher ranking and recent momentum against Burrage’s home-soil motivation and recovery trajectory on the faster surface.
