Los Angeles Angels vs. Houston Astros

Game context
The Houston Astros (around 64-63) hold a firm grip on the AL West lead or near it entering the August 20 series finale against the last-place Los Angeles Angels (50-77), who trail by 13-14 games and sit well out of playoff contention. Houston split the first two games of the three-game set at Daikin Park, with the Angels taking an 18th 3-1 decision behind strong rookie pitching before the Astros responded 3-2 on the 19th. Both clubs carry notable injury lists, with the Astros missing rotation pieces like Hunter Brown (shoulder) and Jeremy Peña (hand) alongside Carlos Correa (ankle), while the Angels deal with Yusei Kikuchi (shoulder) and other absences that limit depth. Home-field advantage, recent form, and the Astros' stronger overall roster construction shape the current market pricing ahead of the finale.
