New York Yankees vs. Baltimore Orioles

Game context
The Yankees enter the finale of their three-game AL East series at Camden Yards with strong momentum after back-to-back wins, sitting at 71-55 and nine games clear of the final wild-card spot while trailing the Rays by five in the division. Baltimore, at 61-66, has dropped three straight and clings to a 1.5-game deficit in the wild-card chase, making every remaining contest critical for both clubs. Gerrit Cole’s start against Kyle Bradish highlights New York’s edge in rotation depth and bullpen reliability, even as the Yankees manage multiple absences including Aaron Judge on the 60-day IL. Orioles injuries to key relievers have strained their staff, while recent form and road success favor the visitors in a matchup with clear playoff ramifications.
