Sukovatyi Ihor vs. Pohonov Oleksandr

Game context
Oleksandr Pohonov holds a commanding head-to-head edge over Ihor Sukovatyi in Setka Cup Ukraine Men play, leading the series roughly 41-20 across more than 60 meetings. The younger Pohonov has converted most recent encounters into victories, including straight-set and 3-1 results in late August, while Sukovatyi, at age 53, shows inconsistent results against a packed domestic schedule. Frequent rematches limit rest for both, amplifying the impact of serve consistency, table adaptation, and set-by-set momentum. Trader pricing typically reflects Pohonov’s sustained dominance and higher win rate in this rivalry, tempered by the possibility of competitive sets given their history of splits and deuces.
