Baltimore Orioles vs. St. Louis Cardinals

Game context
The Orioles enter Thursday's series finale at Busch Stadium with strong momentum after sweeping the first two games, including an 8-7 comeback victory on Wednesday powered by Christian Encarnacion-Strand's four-hit performance and late RBI double. Baltimore (65-68) sits on the AL wild-card fringe with potent power from Pete Alonso and recent offensive surges, while St. Louis (66-68) has dropped five straight amid pitching injuries to key starters like Andre Pallante and Hunter Dobbins. Trevor Rogers takes the mound for the Orioles against an undecided Cardinals starter, and both clubs show comparable team ERAs near 4.2 alongside middling offensive output. The visitor's recent road success and Cardinals' home struggles shape the tight implied probabilities.
