Game context
Both sides enter the World Cup quarterfinal with strong attacking momentum after dramatic round-of-16 wins, keeping the first-goal market tightly contested. Erling Haaland’s late brace powered Norway past Brazil, while Jude Bellingham’s quickfire double and Harry Kane’s penalty helped England overcome Mexico despite playing a man down. The matchup pits two potent forward lines—Norway’s pace and directness against England’s possession and set-piece threat—in a high-stakes knockout setting where an early breakthrough often proves decisive. Traders see little separation in implied probability because either team can strike first on current form, recent scoring patterns, and the evenly matched roster depth on display.
