Vitaliy Sachko266¹¹Game context
Pablo Llamas Ruiz enters this US Open qualifying second-round hard-court match as the clear favorite over Vitaliy Sachko, reflecting his higher ATP ranking (126 vs. 188), 18th-seed status in the draw, and six-year age advantage. Both players advanced from first-round qualifiers with nearly identical tight straight-set wins—Llamas Ruiz over Alex Bolt (7-6(3), 7-5) and Sachko over Gauthier Onclin (7-5, 7-5)—leaving little to separate their recent momentum on the surface. With no prior head-to-head record and comparable physical profiles, traders have priced in Llamas Ruiz’s stronger recent main-draw experience and overall trajectory as the decisive edge in a best-of-three encounter that could send the winner into final qualifying.
