The Short Version

Polymarket is reachable from Kuwait in 2026, but Kuwait runs one of the Gulf's strictest crypto bans and prohibits gambling - so there is no lawful, funded path to it for a resident. This page states the facts; it does not provide a workaround. polymarkets.co.il is an educational resource.

The financial rail

Since the 2023 inter-agency action (the Central Bank of Kuwait, the Capital Markets Authority and partners), Kuwait enforces a comprehensive prohibition on virtual-asset activity: crypto payments, investing and mining are all banned, and banks may not facilitate them. There is no licensed local on-ramp, so an individual cannot lawfully acquire the USDC a Polymarket deposit requires.

The gambling rail

Gambling is prohibited in Kuwait under statute and the prevailing interpretation of Sharia, and prediction or event contracts have not been defined as a separate permitted category. A stablecoin-funded binary outcome contract meets both prohibitions at once.

What this site offers Kuwaiti readers

Everything educational. The guides, the probability-thinking material and the free training mode are open to everyone. Reading a price of 62 cents as a 62% chance is a transferable skill for markets and news. If the rules change, this page changes with them. For where access is clearly lawful, see the country availability guide.
