Sokoltsov Yevhenii vs. Peretiatko Andrii

Game context
Sokoltsov Yevhenii holds a substantial head-to-head edge over Peretiatko Andrii in Setka Cup encounters, leading the series by roughly 22–14 across dozens of meetings in this Ukrainian table tennis league. Their recent August 2026 clashes have featured Sokoltsov claiming straight-set wins, including a 3-0 result on August 12 that highlighted his stronger service points and consistency in deuce situations. Peretiatko has shown occasional competitiveness in split sets but struggles to close out longer rallies against Sokoltsov’s pace. With the pair scheduled again on August 17 in the ongoing Setka Cup Men events, traders weigh Sokoltsov’s superior recent form and historical dominance against the potential for variance in short best-of-five formats where momentum shifts or fatigue from frequent play can influence outcomes.
