Cherevko Roman vs. Tuzhylin Oleksandr

Game context
Roman Cherevko and Oleksandr Tuzhylin meet again in the Setka Cup on August 15, 2026, following Cherevko’s straight-sets 3-0 victory over Tuzhylin just six days earlier in the same event. Cherevko has shown mixed recent form in the Ukrainian domestic circuit, securing wins against lower-ranked opponents while dropping sets to stronger players such as Valerii Melnyk and Roman Reznychenko. Tuzhylin’s results indicate ongoing challenges in maintaining consistency at this level. Historical head-to-head encounters in Setka Cup matches have also leaned toward Cherevko, with multiple prior wins by 3-0 or 3-1 margins. Key variables for the rematch include serving efficiency, rally endurance in longer points, and any adjustments in spin or footwork from the previous encounter.
