CF Montréal vs. Toronto FC - Second Half Result

Game context
Both CF Montréal and Toronto FC enter the July 16 resumption of MLS play level on 14 points, with nearly identical goal differentials and expected goals, fueling the tight second-half market. Montréal hosts at Stade Saputo after the FIFA World Cup break, where home form and a direct playoff-race clash against their Canadian rivals have historically produced low-scoring, evenly contested affairs. Recent results show both sides averaging under 1.6 goals per game while conceding similar tallies, and neither has established clear dominance in head-to-head meetings. With limited fresh injury or roster updates emerging from the extended pause, traders see little to separate the sides in the second 45 minutes, keeping Montréal win, draw, and Toronto win probabilities clustered near even.
