Los Angeles Angels vs. Baltimore Orioles

Game context
The Baltimore Orioles enter this three-game set at Camden Yards with a 56-58 record and stronger recent form, holding a clear edge over the last-place Los Angeles Angels (43-71). Baltimore has already captured the first two contests behind solid pitching and power from Gunnar Henderson, while the Angels continue to struggle on the road and sit well back in the AL West. Orioles injuries, including Chris Bassitt’s lower-back issue, remain manageable, and home/road splits favor Baltimore’s lineup depth. Trader consensus reflects the Orioles’ better overall pitching staff ERA and historical advantages in this matchup, though Angels veterans like Mike Trout have posted strong career numbers against Baltimore pitching. Late-series pitching decisions and any bullpen usage could still influence the final outcome.
