Cincinnati Open: Alexander Zverev vs Cameron Norrie

Game context
Alexander Zverev enters the Cincinnati Open second-round matchup as the top seed with an overwhelming head-to-head edge, leading Cameron Norrie 7-0 on the main tour, including strong results on hard courts. The German, ranked third and fresh off a French Open title plus a Wimbledon final appearance, benefits from an 11-day rest advantage after an early Toronto exit, while Norrie arrives on a solid North American hard-court swing highlighted by a Toronto run and a three-set win over Dino Prizmic. Norrie’s recent form offers some momentum at world No. 37, but the stylistic and historical mismatch favors Zverev’s baseline power and experience in Masters 1000 conditions. The implied probability reflects trader consensus around these factors, with limited schedule or injury variables altering the near-term outlook.
