Raphael Collignon66Game context
Raphael Collignon enters the Winston-Salem Open round of 32 as the higher-ranked player at No. 38 with a stronger 2026 win rate overall, yet his recent hard-court results at ATP level show inconsistency after four straight losses and a first-round exit in Cincinnati. Rinky Hijikata, ranked around No. 85, arrives with fresh momentum after a straight-sets first-round win and prior deep runs on the surface at this event. The pair has no prior head-to-head history on hard courts, where both hold comparable experience but Collignon’s ranking edge and serve metrics create a narrow trader consensus around 53-57% implied probability. The matchup hinges on whether Collignon can stabilize after his recent slump or if Hijikata’s immediate rhythm and competitive recent form keep the contest tight.
