Melnyk Valerii vs. Reznychenko Roman

Game context
Valerii Melnyk holds a clear edge in recent Setka Cup encounters against younger Roman Reznychenko, winning the majority of their 2026 matches in straight sets or 3-1 margins during extended sessions in Seoul events. The veteran Ukrainian, born in 1983 with thousands of matches logged, leverages consistent form and head-to-head familiarity, while the 1999-born Reznychenko shows flashes but struggles with regularity against Melnyk’s experience. Daily league scheduling, surface consistency in these online-style competitions, and short turnaround between matches further favor the more seasoned player’s ability to maintain rally control and set-winning percentages. No reported injuries or roster changes alter the matchup dynamics ahead of their next meeting.
