Pohonov Oleksandr vs. Chaikovskyi Bohdan

Game context
Oleksandr Pohonov and Bohdan Chaikovskyi frequently meet in Setka Cup table tennis action, where recent head-to-head results favor the more experienced Chaikovskyi. The Ukrainian pair has contested dozens of matches this season, with Chaikovskyi securing straight-set or four-set victories in most encounters from July and August 2026, including a 3-0 win on August 27. Pohonov, born in 2000, shows flashes of competitiveness in five-set battles but has struggled with consistency against Chaikovskyi’s (born 1994) stronger record in the league. Both players maintain active schedules with multiple daily matches, so fatigue, recent form against common opponents like Ihor Sukovatyi or Andrii Romanenko, and set-by-set momentum will shape the outcome in their next scheduled meeting.
