Game context

The Rays enter this matchup at T-Mobile Park with the stronger overall profile, holding a 68-46 record compared to the Mariners' 56-60 mark. Drew Rasmussen anchors the Rays' rotation with a 2.92 ERA and a dominant 1.40 ERA across six prior starts against Seattle, including recent scoreless outings. Logan Gilbert counters for the Mariners at 3.46 ERA but seeks to rebound after mixed results. Recent form favors Tampa Bay's consistent offense and bullpen stability, while Seattle has dealt with injuries including outfielder Jake Fraley. Historical home success for the Mariners provides some counterbalance, yet the current standings gap and matchup edge shape trader consensus around the visitors' implied probability. Weather remains mild with no major delays expected.
