San Francisco Giants vs. Seattle Mariners

Game context
The Mariners enter the three-game series at T-Mobile Park with the edge in overall record and home performance, sitting near the top of the AL West despite a recent skid. San Francisco, mired in fourth place in the NL West, has shown modest recent improvement but continues to battle inconsistent offense and pitching depth. Key roster developments include Seattle’s star center fielder Julio Rodríguez on the injured list with a head issue, which could affect lineup production, while the Giants are managing multiple absences including outfielder Jonah Cox and starter Hayden Birdsong. Both clubs face travel considerations and bullpen usage questions heading into the weekend series, factors that shape the closely contested matchup reflected in current market pricing.
