Miami Marlins vs. Milwaukee Brewers

Game context
Milwaukee Brewers enter the matchup with a commanding 59-36 record and NL Central lead, fueled by superior run differential and consistent offensive output despite pitching injuries including Brandon Woodruff's shoulder issue and other starters on the IL. The Miami Marlins sit at 52-44, holding third in the NL East with solid home splits but facing roster challenges from multiple injured pitchers like Anthony Bender and Anthony Mazur. Recent series previews highlight Milwaukee's deeper rotation and home advantage at American Family Field, while Miami's offense has shown flashes but struggles with consistency against stronger opponents. Both clubs have cooled from early-season hot streaks, making bullpen depth and recent form key variables heading into the July series.
