Game context
The Minnesota Twins host the Colorado Rockies for a three-game interleague series at Target Field beginning June 26, where Minnesota enters with the stronger 38-41 record and home-field edge against a Rockies club mired at 30-48 and last in the NL West. Multiple Colorado injuries, including outfielders Brenton Doyle and Mickey Moniak plus starters McCade Brown and Case Williams on the IL, have thinned the lineup and rotation depth. Probable starters such as Twins right-hander Taj Bradley and Rockies right-hander Tomoyuki Sugano frame a matchup where recent form, bullpen reliability, and Target Field dimensions figure prominently in trader assessments of series outcomes.
