Atlanta Braves vs. Milwaukee Brewers

Game context
The Milwaukee Brewers enter the August 23 matchup holding the best record in MLB at roughly 81-49 and first in the NL Central, while the Braves sit at 75-55 atop the NL East. Recent developments include Milwaukee taking the first two games of the series with strong pitching from Jacob Misiorowski and Logan Henderson, while Atlanta's offense has posted low batting averages over its past several contests amid a broader slump. Multiple Braves starters and relievers remain sidelined with elbow and knee issues, contrasting with the Brewers' depth despite some bullpen absences. Home-field advantage at American Family Field and Milwaukee's season-long edge in run prevention and situational hitting have shaped trader consensus around the series outcome. The rubber game features uncertain pitching alignments that could still influence final probabilities.
