US Open, Qualification ATP: Otto Virtanen vs Grigor Dimitrov

Game context
Grigor Dimitrov enters the US Open qualifying final against Otto Virtanen after straight-sets wins over Lorenzo Giustino and Timofey Skatov, showcasing strong serving on hard courts as the 35-year-old veteran seeks a 15th main-draw appearance. Virtanen advanced with victories over Ugo Blanchet and Jack Pinnington Jones but reported a back issue that flared during his second-round match and requires quick recovery ahead of the August 27 clash. The Finn, ranked around 108 and fresh off a Wimbledon upset of Ben Shelton, brings youthful power and recent hard-court form, while the former world No. 3 Dimitrov leverages greater experience and a higher implied probability in trader pricing. The outcome determines main-draw entry on outdoor hard, with no prior head-to-head meetings.
