Game context
The Los Angeles Dodgers enter the series with a strong 43-25 record and superior depth, though recent bullpen struggles and key absences like catcher Will Smith (neck stiffness) have created openings for opponents. Pittsburgh improved to 35-33 after rallying for a 9-8 win on June 10 behind rookie Tyler Callihan's first two career home runs, including a go-ahead three-run shot, evening the series following a 12-3 Dodgers victory on June 9. For the June 11 matchup at PNC Park, left-hander Justin Wrobleski (7-2, 2.62 ERA) faces right-hander Mitch Keller (5-3, 4.81 ERA). Trader consensus reflects the Dodgers' overall edge in talent and standings while acknowledging the Pirates' home momentum and the impact of Los Angeles injuries on lineup and relief options.
