Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Arizona Diamondbacks

Game context
The Los Angeles Dodgers maintain a roughly seven-game NL West lead over the Arizona Diamondbacks entering their Chase Field series, yet arrive on a six- or seven-game losing streak that has traders weighing roster talent against recent offensive and bullpen inconsistencies. Arizona sits second with improved home results and a chance to close the gap in this late regular-season matchup. Key Dodgers starters like Yoshinobu Yamamoto take the mound against Arizona’s rotation in the hot desert environment, while both clubs navigate absences—Los Angeles without Blake Snell and Tyler Glasnow on the 60-day IL, Freddie Freeman day-to-day, and the Diamondbacks managing pitching depth issues. Head-to-head trends and schedule context favor the Dodgers overall, but home-field factors and recent momentum keep implied probabilities competitive.
