Tampa Bay Rays vs. Los Angeles Dodgers

Game context
The Los Angeles Dodgers hold home-field advantage at Dodger Stadium for the three-game interleague series against the Tampa Bay Rays, entering with a superior record and strong NL West positioning. Key pitching matchups include Rays right-hander Nick Martinez facing Dodgers starter Eric Lauer on June 15, followed by Drew Rasmussen versus Justin Wrobleski and Shane McClanahan against Shohei Ohtani. Tampa Bay’s outfield depth is strained by multiple 10-day IL placements, including Jonny DeLuca (hamstring) and Jake Fraley (groin), while Los Angeles manages its own absences such as Tyler Glasnow on the 60-day IL. Recent Rays momentum includes Drew Rasmussen’s career-high strikeout outing, yet the club must navigate a difficult road schedule against a Dodgers lineup featuring elite power and pitching depth. Weather in Los Angeles is expected to remain mild, with no postponement risks noted.
