1. polymarkets.co.il is an independent information, guides and news site about prediction markets, with a "training mode" for virtual trading only. The site is not بوليماركت and is not affiliated with, operated by or endorsed by بوليماركت.
2. Training mode uses virtual money only. No real trading takes place on this site, no funds are deposited or withdrawn, and nothing here affects a real بوليماركت account.
3. An account on this site is a local training account only. It is not a بوليماركت account, and we will never ask for your بوليماركت (or any other service's) login details, password, wallet or keys.
4. Content on this site is general and educational information only and is not investment advice, financial advice or a recommendation. Any decision to use a third-party service is yours alone, subject to that service's terms and the law that applies to you.
5. Some links to external services are referral (affiliate) links. They lead directly to the external service's own website, and never to this site's login pages.
6. Do not abuse the site: automated scripts, attempts to harm the service or other users, or creating multiple accounts. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.
7. The site is provided "AS IS". We are not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from using the site or relying on its content. These terms may change from time to time; the current version is published on this page.

What we collect

• E-mail address and display name - provided by you when signing up with a one-time e-mail link, or received from your Google account if you chose "Continue with Google".
• Your preferred interface language, and your training-mode data: virtual balance, virtual positions and training history.
• A sign-in record for security: IP address and browser type (User-Agent) at sign-in, with the session's expiry time.
• A sign-in cookie (poly_token, up to 30 days) and a language-preference cookie (poly_lang_seen). Anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymisation) and an internal measurement pixel that stores neither cookies nor IP addresses.
• We do not collect or store passwords. Sign-in is passwordless - a one-time e-mail link or Google.

Signing in with Google and X

• "Continue with Google" uses Google's official OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect flow. You enter your Google credentials only on Google's own page (accounts.google.com); this site never receives, sees or stores your Google password.
• The only permissions requested from Google are the basic ones: openid, email, profile - your e-mail address, name and public profile picture. We do not request access to Gmail, contacts, calendar or any other data, and we do not keep Google's access tokens after sign-in. In practice we store only the e-mail address and name.
• The sign-in Redirect URI is https://polymarkets.co.il/api/v1/auth/google/callback only.
• "Continue with X" is not active and is marked "Soon" on the site. No sign-in, permission request or data collection from an X account takes place.

How we use it

• To run your training account, keep your training progress, and show you on the leaderboard - only if you opted in under account settings.
• To send sign-in links by e-mail, and at most one weekly update if you subscribed - with one-click unsubscribe. E-mails are sent through the Mailgun provider.
• To secure the account and prevent abuse. We do not sell or pass personal data to third parties - in particular not to بوليماركت or to any service the site links to.
• Data is stored on our own servers in the European Union (Amsterdam) and kept for as long as the account is active.

Your rights and contact

You can ask at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to permanently delete your account and data. Reach us via the اتصل بنا · hello@polymarkets.co.il

We answer every request within 14 days. Your privacy matters to us, and what we collect is the minimum needed to run training mode.
